Funders and Partners
Dalgarno Supplementary School is delighted to acknowledge the in-kind support of the following funders and partners. Working with them is central to everything we do. We are extremely grateful for their generous support. Below is a list of some of the major funding partners that we are currently working with:
The National Resource Centre for Supplementary Education is one of the UK’s leading education charities. Their focus remains firmly on voluntary, developmental and peer-assessed quality assurance for the supplementary education sector. They provide services in partnership with schools for children and young people across the country, particularly those from the most disadvantaged communities. They are passionate about promoting equality in education and enabling all young people – regardless of their background – to reach their potential. For 30 years They have worked closely with families, communities and young people themselves to help them identify, understand and overcome the educational barriers they face. http://www.supplementaryeducation.org.uk/

The Ernest Cook Trust is one of the UK’s leading educational charities. Rooted in the conservation and management of the countryside, the Trust actively encourages children and young people to learn from the land through hands-on educational opportunities on its estates and by offering grants. http://www.ernestcooktrust.org.uk/ |
John Lyon's Charity gives grants to benefit children and young people up to the age of 25 who live in nine boroughs in northwest London: Barnet, Brent, Camden, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Kensington & Chelsea and the Cities of London and Westminster. The Charity's main policy is to promote the life-chances of children and young people through education. Grants are awarded to registered charities and organisations with automatic charitable status. Occasionally grants are awarded to local authorities in the Charity's beneficial area who are working with voluntary sector partners. The Charity does not give grants to individuals.
